Send an abuse report
Email support@kadenetworks.com or call 0181820518. Include the date, time and time zone, a clear description, relevant IP address or URL, your contact details and available screenshots, logs or transaction references.
Provide information you are authorised to share. Never include passwords, payment PINs or one-time codes. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or interfere with equipment to gather evidence. For an immediate threat to personal safety, contact the appropriate emergency authorities.
Investigation and protective action
Kade Networks may review relevant account, authentication, payment, security and support records and preserve evidence. Active threats may require immediate restriction or disconnection. Other responses may include warnings, credential resets, suspension, termination, reasonable restoration-cost recovery or referral to competent authorities, as permitted by law.
A report is an allegation to be reviewed, not proof of misconduct. If you believe your account was restricted in error, provide your account reference and supporting details to support.
Honest complaints and false reports
Customers remain free to make genuine complaints, publish honest reviews, criticise service and report concerns to regulators. Negative feedback alone is not abuse.
Knowingly fabricated outages, billing disputes, allegations, reviews or impersonation may lead to requests for correction or retraction and lawful remedies. These provisions must not be used to prevent good-faith complaints or the exercise of legal rights.
Information handling
Reports and supporting records are handled for investigation, security, dispute resolution and lawful compliance as described in the Privacy Policy. The Acceptable Use Policy sets out the underlying conduct requirements.
