Responsible use
Use Kade Networks services lawfully and without compromising other users, staff, equipment or network security. This policy applies to subscribers and people using their connections. Protect your account and promptly report suspected compromise.
Cybersecurity and unauthorised access
- Do not hack, access accounts or systems without permission, deploy malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks or disrupt network traffic.
- Do not perform unauthorised port scans, password attacks, credential stuffing, packet manipulation, IP spoofing or authentication bypass.
- Do not access ISP administration or billing systems, manipulate package parameters, obtain unauthorised upgrades or use stolen credentials.
- Do not clone GPON/ONU serial numbers, LOID identifiers or other authentication credentials.
Fraud, messaging and unlawful content
- Do not engage in phishing, identity theft, payment fraud, unsolicited abusive messaging or scams.
- Do not manipulate vouchers, referral rewards, loyalty points, subscriber identities or payment records.
- Do not distribute unlawful material, infringe copyright, impersonate other people or use the service for harassment.
- Do not falsely represent yourself as Kade Networks staff, collect payments in its name, issue unauthorised invoices or create fake branded websites or social accounts.
Credential sharing and resale
Do not sell, rent, publish or transfer account credentials without written authorisation. Commercial sharing, paid internet access, unauthorised hotspot operations and extensions beyond approved premises require written approval.
Suspicious simultaneous logins, duplicate authentication patterns or unexpected connection locations may be investigated. These indicators are reviewed in context and do not by themselves establish misconduct. Actions may include credential resets, restrictions, termination or agreement of an appropriate commercial service.
Infrastructure and authorised technicians
Do not cut or move fibre, open splice closures or cabinets, remove equipment labels, install unauthorised splitters, alter router or ONT firmware, or relocate radios and antennas without approval. Do not permit an unauthorised person to interfere with ISP-owned or managed equipment.
Intentional or negligent damage, including damage caused by unauthorised contractors, may result in reasonable investigation, repair, replacement and restoration charges where legally recoverable.
Staff safety and honest feedback
Threats, intimidation, stalking, violence, harassment and publishing private staff information are prohibited. Kade Networks may restrict physical access and refer threats to competent authorities.
Customers may publish honest reviews, criticise service, raise genuine complaints and contact regulators. This policy prohibits knowingly false allegations, fabricated outages or billing disputes, fake reviews and impersonation; it does not prohibit negative feedback or good-faith reporting.
Enforcement and reporting
Depending on the nature and severity of an incident, Kade Networks may issue a warning, reset credentials, restrict or suspend service, terminate an account, preserve evidence or seek lawful remedies. Urgent action may be taken to stop an active threat. Deliberate attempts to evade payment, bypass security or interfere with infrastructure may constitute a material breach even if the exact method is not listed here.
Report suspected misuse through the Abuse reporting page. If you believe action was taken in error, contact support with your account reference and relevant evidence.
